Architectural excellence and thoughtful design are at the core of the Kokomo ethos. The play of forms, subtle screening, curated selection of materials, and green surroundings combine to pay homage to boundary-pushing, thoughtful architecture.

The interior design intent is to embrace the sweeping frontage of the Nerang River and embrace a languid and refined riverfront lifestyle.

The landscape is designed to connect linearly with the river and maximise both functionality and visual appeal.A central axis leads to a lap pool overlooking the river.

The landscape features well-defined spaces, including communal and intimate areas for a variety of recreational activities. The sub-tropical design theme is emphasised by dense, low-maintenance plant species and high-quality materials that create a cohesive indoor/outdoor aesthetic.
